1. I am not a Canadian customer- How much is a product/my order in MY CURRENCY?


We have a built in Currency Converter to help make it easier for you to shop. To determine the costs. Please see our currency converter on the left side of the screen. Simply fill in the amount of currency, and the currencies involved to have the results displayed.

2. How long will it take to receive my order?


It will depend on where you live. We try to ship same day or next day depending on the season and our current order volume. If your package goes by UPS it arrives in 1-5 business days. If it goes by Post it will arrive in 3-7 business days. These times are approximate and can vary by 1 or 2 days. Expedited shipping is available, see SHIPPING for this information.

3. What about 'out-of-stock' items?


Canadian customers: We try to ship complete orders as much as possible. However, there are times when we do run out of certain items. When this occurs we will hold your order until the item arrives if it is scheduled to arrive soon. If it is to be delayed we will send your order immediately and ship the backordered items at a later date. You will not be charged a separate shipping fee for backordered items. You will only be billed for items shipped.
U.S. and International customers: Orders will only be shipped complete. Backordered items will be cancelled and not billed. You will be offered the option of waiting for out of stock items to arrive or canceling them from your order.

4. What does 'CSA Approved' mean on your incubators?


In order to legally sell electrical products in Canada the product must meet certain safety standards. All of the incubators we sell are modified in some way by the manufacturer or by Berry Hill to meet these stringent safety requirements. If a competitor doesn't offer you CSA approved products question them, for your own safety. CSA approval is not required outside of Canada.

5. Are you going to sell my name, address, e-mail etc to anyone?


At the present time we do not make our customer list available to anyone. We may however make it available to companies whom we feel are reputable and that may offer our customers something of value. If you do not want your name made available please check this section when filling out the "checkout" form.

6. If part of my order is a gift, going to a different address than the rest of my order, do I pay 2 shipping fees?


We only process orders to one location at a time. So, yes an order shipping to 2 different locations will be treated as 2 separate orders and charged accordingly.

7. What do I do if this item isn't really what I want? How do I return it?

8. For warranty on my purchase, who do I contact if there is a problem?


Contact our Customer Service department. Each circumstance has its own particular details and will be handled accordingly.

9. Who do I contact for technical support? Is there an additional charge for this?


In the customer service section of the website there is a link to "Technical Support" by e-mail and also at 1-800-668-3072. There is no charge for technical assistance for products which have been purchased from Berry Hill.

10. Does Berry-Hill have any other stores/locations other than St. Thomas?


At the present time our only retail location is in St. Thomas.

11. What taxes, if any are applicable?


Canadian customers must pay a certain amount of tax, depending on their resident province/territory. The tax table is shown below.

B.C. residents: 5% GST
Alberta: 7% GST
Saskatchewan: 5% GST
Manitoba: 7% GST
Ontario:

5% GST + 8% PST (NOTE: PST exemption may apply for certain businesses)
Quebec: 5% GST
Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Newfoundland: 13% HST
P.E.I.: 7% GST
Yukon, NWT, Nunavut: 5% GST
US & Offshore residents: NO Canadian taxes applicable
