Shipping Information

STANDARD SHIPPING:

In Canada we regularly use either UPS or Canada Post. Which company we use depends on the nature of the item(s) being shipped and the location to which they are being shipped. Some of our items are shipped collect via major trucking carrier. These items have a notation in the item description. If you have a special preference we will do our best to accommodate you.

To the United States we normally ship by United Parcel Service (UPS). On a weekly basis (or bi-weekly if orders dictate) orders are consolidated in Canada, shipped to the United States and redistributed to the USPS(United States Postal Service) or UPS for delivery. This method eliminates the extra costs of customs and excess charges that cross border shipments usually experience. To the United States there may be duties charged by US Customs on some items. Some orders will be subject to a shipping surcharge, we will notify you and wait for approval before shipping.

Most orders received by 12 noon ET are shipped the same day.
Whenever possible we require a street address for shipping. In Canada, rural customers please provide an emergency 911 address as well as your rural address.
In the United States we will require a street address, not just a P.O. Box. If you only have a P.O. Box we will send by USPS.

Standard shipping prices are based on the chart shown below. Shipping prices to the USA are in US dollars, in Canada are in Canadian dollars. Canadian residents: appropriate sales taxes are added at the checkout. Shipments outside of Canada are not subject to Canadian sales taxes.



EXPEDITED SHIPPING:

If you require expedited service in Canada or the USA we can ship same day by UPS however extra costs will be incurred. Please e-mail or call 1-800-668-3072 for those special rates.



SHIPPING RATES:

Shipping Rates are based on Merchandise totals as follows:
Minimum order for shipping is $10.00.

INTERNATIONAL, ALASKA & HAWAII ORDERS

Please place your order without a shipping rate. We will e-mail the cost of shipping BEFORE anything is processed, including any form of payment. You will then have the option of proceeding with the order as is, changing it or canceling your order. In the shipping module please choose "International"

For orders outside of Canada or the continental United States we will determine the necessary shipping charges based on your location and the actual shipping costs to your location. When you place your order please be sure to include your credit card number, phone number and e-mail address. We will not charge an order to your credit card until we have determined the shipping costs and received confirmation of these charges from you. We will always do our best to keep shipping charges as low as possible.

Duties and Customs

Duties and Customs are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns

All of our products are guaranteed to satisfy. If for some reason an item must be returned, a Return Authorization Number (RAN) must be completed. This will be included in your parcel or you can download the PDF version of this form. You will be refunded for all costs LESS the cost of shipping and where applicable any customs and duties.

Returns are not accepted after 30 days.
If a product is received damaged you must file a notice with the carrier and then notify us to receive your Return Authorization Number.

Changes

The nature of the internet is constant change. We reserve the right to make changes to pricing and product offer at any time. We will always notify of changes if you have placed an order and give you an opportunity to make changes in your order.
Occasionally there will be errors, while we try our best this is inevitable. We reserve the right to make these corrections without consequence.
